new rice

After getting the rice itch today, i changed up my xfce layout today and got a very nice result which i am personally very happy with. i consider switching (back) to a tiling wm, like hyprland, but ultimately i decided i've been pretty happy with a floating wm since i am on a desktop with a mouse.


  • Window Manager: Kwin - I wanted to use desktop effects and I like some of kwin's other features like the tiling
  • KDE Windows Decoration: Qplatinum
  • GTK Theme: Nashville96 in Gruvbox
  • Icon Set: NineIcons48 - To be honest, I'm not a huge fan, it's missing a lot of icons, and I want a more unified look.
